岡山市は市内で過去最多となる１９人の感染を発表。うち４人は接待を伴う飲食店の従業員で、１６日に感染が判明した２０代女性の同僚。この日、感染が公表された倉敷、赤磐市の計２人も同じ店に勤務しており、合わせて７人の感染者が出たことから市はクラスターが発生したと判断した。 クラスター関連の４人は１０～３０代の男女で軽症という。従業員への検査では他の感染者はいなかった。市は「店から利用客名簿の提供を受けている」として店名を公表していない。今後、５０人程度の利用客を対象に検査を行う。
