台風第21号は、16日3時にはカロリン諸島にあって、西北西へ毎時10kmで進んでいます。中心気圧は1000hPa、中心付近の最大風速は18m/sです。この台風は、17日3時にはフィリピンの東に達するでしょう。その後、発達しながらフィリピンの東海上から日本の南海上を北上する見込みです

Stormy conditions are expected around Japan as the typhoon approaches the country.
The storm may bring record rainfall to the Tokai and Kanto regions starting on Sunday.
The Meteorological Agency says as of 8 PM on Saturday the typhoon is moving northeast at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
