東京都心（大手町）で十二日夕、黄砂が観測された。黄砂は春の風物詩で、秋の飛来はまれ。都心で十一月以降に観測されたのは、一九八二年十二月二十三日以来、二十八年ぶり。
この日は九州から東北にかけての計三十カ所以上で黄砂を観測。十三日にかけて、関東を含む東日本と西日本の広い範囲に飛来し、視程が十キロ未満になる所もあるとして、同庁は注意を呼び掛けた。

and the daily high was more that 12 degrees ...
